When quality counts, count on Custom Heliarc
Custom Heliarc Welding and Machine, Inc., is a job shop that specializes in high-speed CNC machining, prototype fabricating, and heliarc welding. We also offer high- and low-temperature silver soldering, brazing, and custom sawing.
Situated in Northeastern Pennsylvania, we provide finished products and components to customers across the United States. We have state-of-the-art equipment and the expertise to address custom machining and fabrication needs in most industries, including but not limited to the electrical, automotive, defense, aerospace, communications, food and beverage, and marine industries.
Our commitment to quality service and on-time delivery has prompted a number of our clients to make Custom Heliarc their single source for parts. Customers have been with us since we first opened our garage doors more than 20 years ago, and several came aboard—and stayed—after we opened our current location and acquired our first CNC lathe in 1999.
Whether you need us to craft a one-piece prototype by hand or produce a 5,000-piece run, we're happy to discuss your requirements and specifications.
